This is my first time making a website, Im doing this becuase this becuase marine life is something I love and want to help protect and nuture. This is one way I can think to help spread awarness. Ocean pollution is one of the world’s biggest environmental problems. Most of it comes from land—like litter left on beaches that gets washed into the sea. Plastics can take hundreds of years to break down, harming marine life and even ending up in our food. Every year, over 1 million sea animals die from ocean trash. In fact, scientists estimate there are now more pieces of plastic in the ocean than stars in the Milky Way. The Milky Way galaxy is estimated to contain 100 to 400 billion stars.
